Hey Kids, Have fun learning about Australia and learn some new spelling words, at the same time!!

Choose ANY 10 Activites to complete your Spelling Contract.

  1. Draw a didgeridoo and write 10 of the spelling words on it.

  2. Write 10 more 'ai' words.

  3. Use a Dictionary to find the meaning of 8 spelling words.

  4. Write a short conversation piece (using quotation marks). You may use any 10 spelling words in the conversation.

  5. Write synonyms for any 5 spelling words.

  6. Describe a didgeridoo.

  7. Put all the spelling words in alphabetical order.

  8. Write a verb for each animal. Use the verb in a sentence.

  9. Write the plural for 10 words. (Add 's' or 'es')

  10. Imagine you are a kookaburra. Write 1/2 page on your daily life.

  11. Write 10 "ll" words.

  12. Write an adjective for each spelling word. Illustrate.

  13. *** Look, Cover, Write, Check all spelling words.
