"Since you are such a good reader could you help me read all of the names on my list?" "I also need help in finding my way so I would like you to be in charge of the map. This way we won’t get lost!"
"Sure!" Jane said to Santa. "I would love to be your helper."
Off they went, Santa and Jane. It was a very cold ride but Jane didn’t mind. She loved being this close to Santa and being his helper. They went all over Australia, delivering presents to all of the good boys and girls. Because Jane was such a wonderful helper they finished Australia very quickly.
"Where to next, Santa?" Jane wondered. Well Santa said, " Where would you like to go?" Jane thought for just a moment and then said "I would love to go to Germany to meet my pen pal Tina. Do you think we could do that?"
"Yes," Santa. "Germany is our next stop." |
