	Mr Johnson hovered magically above the snow-children, and as he did so, he spread his wings wide. The children began to float gracefully upwards into the night sky. Suddenly the sky was filled with bright, shining stars that circled around them. The children began to glow and they gradually floated to earth as real people. Tom and Sarah stared in disbelief at the children. One of the snow-children said, "This reminds me of Christmas in England. I remember the time when my family went to church for the midnight service on Christmas Eve and listened to the carols being sung around the manger. Mince pies and mulled wine were handed around to keep out the cold." All the snow-children began to chatter excitedly about their own memories of Christmas Eve. Chapter 7
