TASK : Students are to present an Interview to the class. The Interview needs to include 5-7 questions and answers.

CONTENT : Students will choose one person to work with. One student will be the Interviewer and the other will be either Benjamin Franklin OR George Washington.

Once you have decided who you are going to interview, you will take notes of the important information about ONE person. You can use your Social Studies Text Book to begin:

Bejamin Franklin : Pages 146 - 151

George Washington : Pages 154 - 159

When you have taken notes of important information, you can begin to write questions and answers for your Interview. Remember, to have about 5-7 questions and answers. Make sure, you provide details about the person's life. (NOT just one word answers)

DUE DATE : Tuesday, January 21st, 2003

ASSESSMENT : You will be assessed on

  1. how well you tell the important details of the person's life and

  2. the impact the person had on the people of the United States of America.
